“Man never learned to fly by focusing on the ’staying on the ground of things.’”

In any and all disease manifestations, it is extremely important that one evolves one’s awareness to the point of breaking any form of a victim loop that may be running in one’s consciousness both actively in the conscious mind or hidden in the subconscious mind. How we see ourself wires us into a particular construct of reality that will be repeated over and over.

Labels, if improperly used, can become jailers of the mind and limit our potential, especially when it comes to healing. If we buy into the label and what it means, it hives the mind into a limited self view. The danger here is quite obvious. It is imperative not to harbor ourselves to any dis-empowering label and instead leave ourselves open to expanding potentials based on ever changing information and awareness.

For me the term “environmental illness” is only a term pointing to a territory. It is only a symbol or map. It is not the territory. If we cling to these types of labels we endanger ourselves getting drawn into generalities and then succumb to a type of herd mentality. Labels often bring with them baggage such as: once you have this illness, you have it for life, or this is the best way to treat it, or…..

Labels are another form of separation in an already, overly fragmented world. Life is a holistic endeavor. When we stay focused in on particular things rather than take a more expansive view, we limit our potential and the view to our reality also shrinks. Often labels keep us focused on problems(static information) rather than solutions(expansive and adaptive information).

What was “true” yesterday may not hold true today. We are dynamic evolving beings by our sheer nature; therefore, always check to make sure what you thought was a fact yesterday in your life remains so. It may have changed due to new context within an evolving structure of expanding information. Keeping an open mind leads to greater potentials and possibilities that can bring us to places far beyond our current limitations.

Victimhood equates to separation from infinite potential. It has us seeing ourself as incomplete, less of a person, limited. We use all kinds of outer verifications to keep ourself justified in this belief pattern. One only has to break the loop. There are many ways to do this and perhaps the simplest is to ask questions such as: Is this really true? How would things be if…? What would have to happen for…to occur? You get the idea. The key is to re-frame the information in a way that frees the mind to see possibilities instead of only limiting beliefs and problems.

Break free from self limiting beliefs and code your mind to see expansion and greater potentials and any victim loops you may have running, will quickly dissolve.  Take responsibility for your life. Empower yourself.  Be free.
